cannot receive emails

I can sent out emails but cannot receive them using outlook 10 this problem started yesterday.

Sorry for the late reply,  here is a help and support article which should help you check the settings in outlook

If this does not work I would suggest a password reset to ensure that there are no password issues on the account.
