change name servers on domain name?

How do you change the name servers on a domain name. I only have a login for https://www.btdomainsaccount.com/ and there appears to be no ability to change the name servers. Don’t understand the Zone configuration part either. Never had this on any another domain

Hi,

If you have a login ID for https://www.btdomainsaccount.com, but you are having problems you can email support@btdomainsaccount.com to ask them to make the changes to the domain name DNS.
