We are currently having a new VoIP system installed.
They are fitting a new line so I am trying to pre-set everything prior to the line going live.
I am having problem trying to change the extension numbers on the selfcare site, plase can you inform me how to change the extension numbers on all the internal voIP numbers?
Any help would be much appreciated

You can not change the extentions.
You can however create other codes.
Broadband voice
Log into webcare www.bt.com/businessbbv/webcare and go to Making call - Speed Calling and you can setup your own codes for any number.
Hosted Voip
Log into webcare with your admin number then go to short codes and click the add short code tab.
