credit card payments????

Can anyone help?

A customer has bought something from me, I have paypal set up as my cart, with credit card payments aswell (BT's idea)

This customer has paid directly with a credit card, not gone through paypal like my other customers.

I dont know where the payment has gone, as it is not showing in my paypal account.

Any ideas?

The customer has paid, wanting her goods but I dont know where my money is!!

When you say credit card payments can you be more specific? there is an option for "manual credit card payments" in the eShop which is so you can process the payment through an offline PDQ machine which won't go anywhere near PayPal and isn't actually processed automatically.

Hi,

Can your customer give you a PayPal Transaction ID number?  She should be able to produce this if it has gone through the Paypal system and you can then contact Paypal to track the payment.
