domain emails blocked by bt

I have an exchange server on it's own domain, it has been OK sending emails out but now anything sent to BT connect addresses are being blocked. How can I sort this or do I need to buy a certificate.

Hi,
There are two possibilities that I can think of:
1. The account with your domain is hosted by BT Business and has been migrated to Office 365.
2. Your domain is set up incorrectly in our system.
You can PM me the details if you want, but I won't be in till Monday, so you could contact the Helpdesk if you wanted to get it checked before then.
