domain redirect doesn't work

Can anyone help

I have tried twice now to redirect my domain name (www.madeline-rose.co.uk) to my free webspace (http://btconnect.com/madeline-rose) with no luck. It works in the test link but an error message (HTTP 403 Forbidden) appears otherwise. I DID save the change and waited over 24 hours on both occasions

same issue here today.

i set up 2 domains for forwarding last week.

akmheatingltd.co.uk  forwards to the host   http://home.btconnect.com/akmheatingltd  ok and worked in minutes !

thesolidfueladvisoryserviceltd.co.uk   should go to a sub directory of the above

 ftp://akmheatingltd.co.uk/public/SFAS/    and load SAF_index.htm

In both cases the embedded links work thru the 'TEST' tag but the second page would only give a BT page but now gives ERROR 403

is it me or whu 🙂 ?

Hi there,

I have taken a look at your domain and the redirect has been applied successfully.

Unfortunately this has duplicated the www record which means the redirect would only have worked 50% of the time due to the 2 records for the single request.

I have deleted the duplicate record which means the redirect will work from now on.

My apologies for the inconvenience caused.
