I have a new e-Saver account but am not able to see the broadband billing info. It has stated the following since the account was opened...
"Sorry, billing and payment details for this account are currently unavailable."
&
"Currently there are no Billing and Payments details for this account"
Also on the telephone billing screen it shows "Sorry, your recent calls data is not available"
Can someone point in the right direction to get this fixed?
Please could someone also be kind enough to explain Onebill and if I could use it to view both phone and broadband bills on one screen or not?
