BT PC Fax

I have a BT Fax No. It works fine, but I need to get the receipts for the payments we've made over the last few months. I have tried emailing them but have had no reply. I can't find any sort of number to ring. I have tried several BT numbers but no-one seems to know anything about it. Surely there must be some sort of customer services number?

Hi,

I am unsure if I understand your question but if its your BT bills that you are after then the number to call would be 156 from your landline or 0800 800 156 from a mobile, if the line is a business line. If it is a residential line the number would be 150 or 0800 800 150 from a mobile.

On both numbers you will need to navigate the phone IVR system by entering your phone number in question or if you do not enter this just choose whether it is business or residential then choose the option for billing after this. The option for billing is usually 3.

Thanks for the reply. It's a BT PC Fax No. If you google BT PC Fax you will see what it is I'm referring to. I am still deperately trying to talk to someone re previous and future invoices. I have emailed the BT PC Fax team so many times I've lost count. I got 1 reply that said that they would sort it but when I replied to it, the communiaction dried up. I've tried talking to various BT people, including the complaints team but I've had no joy. I just get fobbed off. The complaints team said they'd look into it but never rang back. I think it's because nobody seems to know what I'm talking about. It's a BT service - why is there no-one that can help?
