eShop Version Upgrade 6.10.4

Can someone from BT let us know when the upgrade to version 6.10.4 (release 2/12/2010) will be done?

Reason I ask is that this includes the introduction of Order Export in XML format, which I am sure a few users may find useful.

Can you please tell me why version 6.10.4 is not being implemented and we now have to wait at least until June for the included features and updates to be introduced? Putting BT 5 or 6 months behind other ePages providers.

The XML order export is not some trivial feature it is a very useful addition to eShop which is currently lacking any kind of sales reports or sales data export. To keep your paying customers waiting for this for another 6 months is quite ridiculous.

There are more useful features and updates in version 6.10.4 than there are currently planned for 6.11

Hi Strapstore, BT and ePages are working to provide a solution to this known issue. For security and operational reasons, the BT service is on a separate platform to other ePages installations. Upgrading BT eShops to Version 6.11 is intended to allow patch upgrades to be more closely synchronised. Hope this helps Tracey BT Forum Moderator
