We registered a domain name, having transferred it from a previous company. This domain now appears on our list of names with BT. We also registered for an eShop with this domain to point to it.
After several conversations and promises that it would work within 2 hours, the shop still does not function.
The message on the home screen is still:
Ownership confirmation is pending for the external domain 'westonworkwear.co.uk'. Please use the 'confirm ownership for external domain' link in the domains widget to confirm your ownership.
There is no link in the domains widget!!
On the eShop page it says
Please be patient. You have already submitted your domain request to the BT DNS helpdesk and your records will be updated within the next 16 business hours.
It has said this for over 48 hours...
