eShop not opening correctly.

My domain: www.fixmyplasma.co.uk points at my eshop:

However, using firefox you get an error saying the server is causing the browser to loop, IE8 just brings up page not found ...

 

I know it's not me, I have had 20+ calls from customers who also can't get on?

 

Tried contacting BT, no-one knows who to contact, it's been 2 days now and it's getting me down not to mention costing me money.

 

Can anyone help?

I am 99% sure it is just the domain forwarding settings have been set up incorrectly. Please please please fill in the form that I have mentioned twice now and it will be fixed very quickly.

 

Unfortunately you are looking at Monday now though since the department that fixes this is not open at the weekend.

Domains and Hosting > General Enquiry > Email BT

 

Alternatively log into your account, click on Manage Domains and go into the advanced domain settings. Then post a screenshot of the settings and I will tell you what is wrong and what you can change.
