You are not alone.  I had this a few times over the last few days.  I found that if I completely logged out and started afresh, then sometimes it would load correctly.  Other times I just hit F5.  Other times nothing worked, went back to it an hour later and it did.

Best of luck.

Try rebooting your router, and see if that helps.

Hi Chris,

You certainly are not alone experiencing these problems!!

When I first signed up for this software I couldn't get it to load at all in IE7 - half the buttons and screen missing.  Rang one of the help numbers and actually got a BT person who was willing to sort it out for me - in my case it was my screen (monitor) settings - something to do with the size that I had it set to, customized, rather than the standard screen settings. Don't know if this will help in your case?? Also, before now I've had problems with other things if I have my Screen Zoom Level set above 100% - it's in the bottom right hand corner of your screen above the "tray" (or is it called task bar?) with a plus sign in a magnifying glass symbol.

The other thing that the engineer did was to load Mozilla FireFox 3 browser for me, so I now have the choice of two browsers - Firefox can be a bit more reliable when using EazyWizardPro.

If you purchased this BT package over the phone, the sales person should have given you a tel. no. and you should have a contact number in your original email/paperwork confirmations - ring them and heckle them, tell them they have sold you something you are unable to get to work properly and you should get some attention - you should at least be able to access the thing you've paid for!

There are numerous spurious weird and wonderful problems with the EazyWizardPro - such as trying to change the font sizes and colours in a Text Block - you can try 10 times before something actually changes!  Tables are not very user friendly either - very basic and not at all flexible.  On occasion, GBP "£" signs will acquire other random characters and Greek symbols in front of them when you go back into edit your work.  Copies of Text Blocks will move or delete when you move or delete their source block.  Also, when you Publish your website and view it online with IE7 some items may not line up properly - even though they are straight when you are "editing" the page. I had problems with some "buttons" on my "Links" page - curiously, when viewed "online" with FireFox they were straight, but not with IE7.  Sorted it by re-publishing from FireFox - now they are straight in both browsers!!!  See what I mean about weird problems!!

BUT, persevere, some of the people on the Forums are really helpful - or at least let you know they are experiencing the same problems, even if they don't have the answers.  And if ever a BT "FIONA" person answers your blog with "tell me your domain name and BT will look into it for you" - don't get excited - you'll send your domain name and a list of the problems you are having and you'll never hear from her again!!!!!!  My experience anyway!!

Have fun....

Hey there,

I initially had some problems also with ESW Pro.  Mostly I couldn't see some of the features or it wouldn't load completely.   Like with the previous post, it turned out to be one of the many shortcomings of IE.  I was using IE7 too.  I tried IE8, but then I had problems with other sites I tried to access.  Someone told me to just get Firefox and I haven't had any trouble since.

This will be down to the system not using the correct format for that browser to display the right symbol.

£ is the norm - but there is another version that if used creates I'm sure its a diamond symbol.!!
