email from remote computers

Email is working fine on my main computer. When I try to access my main email account from a remote computer, it will only give me the "headline" on the left hand side of the page and can't access the full text, giving me an error message (no error number supplied) and asking me to "try again later". This problem only occurs on my main email address - the other ones are working fine. So it isn't a status problem. What's going on?

Hi Budgie,
It sounds like you are trying to login to the webmail and getting this error.
Can you do me a favour and try this on another broaswer such as Firefox or Chrome and tell me if that makes a difference?
