Does anybody know where the date can be changed for this event?
epages says:
Use: Using this e-mail you can ask your customers to submit a rating for the products they ordered. The system then automatically sends this e-mail following a specifiable period.
It currently sends 7 days after order, Ideally I want 7 days after despatch but just wanted to extend to 14 days with the bank holiday coming up. so customers aren't asked to review before sending.
Sounds simple but I've spent hours so far...
