forgotten password

I have tried to log on to my account and got barred after 3 attempts.  I aplied for a new password, and this is what I was sent as an automated reply...

Not a lot of help, and I am still locked out!

 

The live chat isn't working either.

 

Customer support???  0 / 10!

If you are still having issues with logging into your account, I would suggest contacting our technical help team on one of the options on our Contact Us section of the BT website.
