how to complain to bt via email

I am currently waiting for connection to a new build, this started in march and is now looking at august for earliest possible connection. how do I go about emailing bt my complaint over this issue and which department should complaint go to.

Hi Maggie, 

the contact us section at the bottom of the page has a section for Complaint and Email, 

They suggest phoning and live chat over email but there is an Email option,
