Hi, as my screen name states I am not an IT professional and struggle to understand why things have to be so complicated, alas that is what the case must be, however I digress, my issue is that I cannot get a connection via iTunes to the iTunes store, my computer just keeps saying it's 'Accessing iTunes Store' and nothing else seems to happen additionally it always comes and says that 'This computer is not authorized' when it is etc etc. I can connect fine via my iPhone or iPad on 3G and even via my Wireless on the BT Hub. I have Business account with a Fiber connection (Fat lot of good that seems to do me either), so any help would be appreciated, even if it is to call me a stupid tw*t and point out my schoolboy errors
