we also have been having lots of problems with broadband dropping out and having to reset the connection.
It doesn't always reconnect when I try to reset it! I often have to wait for it to come on itself or keep trying until it works!
It is significant that other computers may have broadband and not lose their connections! But the problem occurs even if I am the only person on the network.
Worst times are 8-10 in the morning and 7-9 in the evenings. For a lot of the time there are no problems but it does seem to be an unreliable system! This is a daily problem and has been an issue since we upgraded(!) the broadband.
I would guess, not based on knowledge, that the router is possibly faulty and cannot manage the connections/traffic.
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the reply. I reckon that we fulfil the requirements from the link you gave.
We had ordinary broadband for several years before switch and had some problems but nothing like we have now!
How do i access the log file?
