mailbox full and need to create .pst personal folders - what do i do?

Can anyone give me a step by step guide of how to create .pst folders on my home computer windows mail box for my btconnect account as i have a full mailbox and despite deleting loads, still cant send from my blackberry. advice v gratefully received.

The steps vary. Are you using 2010 or 2007? If you want a detailed help, I think this would be addressed more when reported to Microsft since they are the one who provides support for the email client. 🙂
