Has anyone been able to make a complaint to BT? I have tried but:
I am transferred and then the line goes dead,
Directed to make the complaint on line but only end up with a list of suggestions which might answer my complaint but do not and then have no other avenue to follow
Get passed from one person to another who all 'will do what they can to solve my problem' promise to get someone to phone me back, accompanied by lots of promises that it will happen but I'm still waiting.
ALL I WANT IS THE TWO HANDSETS I ORDERED BUT WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN POSTED SO THAT WE CAN USE THE VERY EXPENSIVE FREELANCE SERVICE WHICH WE HAD TO SIGN UP FOR, FOR 2 YEARS. SOB, 3 weeks of that 2 years has now passed and I have lost the will to live. I will remain calm and polite but inwardly I feel a mighty volcano brewing.
