just found out that BT dont send out micro filters anymore after waiting over 3 weeks after connection for them to arrive, even though was told they had been sent out to me twice. so now I have to go and buy them so that I can have my landline and internet on in my shop at the same time as I dont have any myself. wish I hadnt bothered now, should of stayed with my current home provider.

Hi

I am really sorry for any confusion over the service. With the product you purchased (the Office Broadband with Phone line or ESaver as it is also known), you have a choice while ordering online to purchase equipment from us which would include microfilters or to purchase and use your own equipment. We do say we will send out a welcome pack explaining how to connect to your business broadband, I am sorry it wasn't clear to you that this welcome pack does not include Microfilters. I have checked with the Order Management team and a replacement pack is being sent out.

Kind Regards

Fiona
