my website wont let anyone email me

Hi everyone, IM in the process of setting up my site, and IM having difficulty.. where you press ' contact us' on my site, it is just coming up with hyperlink, and I can not receive any emails from my customers. Im new to this website building, and IM not doing to well.. could someone help please.. a million thanks.. xx

Hi my domain name is www.organzabagz.co.uk.. many thanks, it did work when it was first set up a couple of weeks ago, but now no one can email me, ive had all my freinds and family testing it out, and i have received no messages in my in box..

It works for me. WHen I click on it it opens up a mail window with the address joanne@organzabagz.co.uk so it's not a problem with the site.

Have you checked that you have this email address correctly set up to receive mail?

And are the senders mail clients set up correctly to be able to send? For example if they normally use webmail and have never set up a mail client then this ill not work.

Hi Joanne

If I click on Contact Us, it opens a New Message for me to e-mail you. It is working. Make sure you have the proper e-mail settings for your e-mail address. ( joanne@organzabagz.co.uk)
