Kind of need clarification on this. If you're account has been completely cancelled then no, but if you've taken broadband off and still have a Pay As you Go account then yes, unless it's just broken.
If you call Billing on 0845 600 7020 and have them change the account to PAYG (as long as everything is paid up) then you'll get emails again. Probably won't get anything that was sitting on the server, or that came in while the account was down though.

Thanks for your reply. I cancelled broadband but kept my business account. BT is hosting 2 websites and various email addresses and aliases. I can email from BTconnect, but anything I send to it does not appear.
