I have just been informed that my e-mail  is about to change with BT, I am concerned that this is going to disrupt my business. I have several e-mail accounts running through the main bt e-mail account. am I going to have to reset all of the accounts to continue sending and recieving e-mails, and then there is the forwarding to my blackberry torch. perhaps someone can direct me to the right information to set this up so that I do not lose any business. thanks

Hi,

First thing you should do is log in to webmail and move/delete the email that won't download.  It's likely to have become stuck for some reason, so make a copy of it from webmail and get rid of it.  That should stop the issue with Outlook.

Let us know how you get on.

Do a follow up from time to time to have them check it regularly.
