only half my emails Arrive

Hi all

 

I have been with Bt for 3 years and very disappointed with the service but have no choice as we are live in a rural area

 

we have one Pc and 3 email accounts me and the wife the second email account stopped working a year ago and no one from Bt could find what the problem was. the customer service is Just awful ! and based in some far off country manned by staff with little understanding of English or the ability to understand what you are saying

 

for the past weeks a new problem has arisen My emails are disappearing ! WHEN I LOG ON and click send receive it will say 10 emails or whatever and only 6/7 will download I am self employed and i am sure loosing work through this

 

i really wish i still had virgin 5 years with them super service BT CONNECT IS SLOW customer service poor i have been just hung up on several times by them oH AND YOUR SPELL CHECK DOES NOT WORK !
