phone line installation long delay

hi,

 

One of our clients ordered "BT phone line and broadband" about 6 month ago.

however, the installation hasn't been done at all, yet.

 

They sorted out wayleave issue a good 3 month ago.

But, still no sign of installation.

On top of it, everytime, they made an inquiry to BT, customer service just transfered around their call, and eventually, the line was cut-off.

 

It would be great if somebody could tell us what the best way to sort out this problem is ?

It's really a nightmare for the business.

(Their shop is right next to Selfridges in bond street in London.)
