Dear BT team,
I have a work mobile which I took to the US for a few days.
My phone used 890MB of data and I am being told I need to pay £5,209 for this!!
I am also told that the bill owner spoke to their BT Account manager and that these charges are "normal" for customers without a pre-agreed roaming package in place.
This is outrageous - can someone get in contact with me please?
