Hi

We have a security camera system connected via a Swann DVR9 to our BT 2700HGV fixed IP Router.

I have set the Swann to use port 8888. Since the router software/firmware has been updated (to presumably the latest)

we have not been able to log on remotely to the Swann. Every thing works ok locally using the local ip address.

Trouble is I can't remember if I had to configure the router to let it know the Swann forwarding port, or how to do it. Anyone got any ideas please.

Hi. Try this guide. Make sure first that the node is pingable from the router.
