We currently have 2 ordinary business numbers on 2 lines from the same exchange
one (our main number) suffers from continual broadband problems and a low speaker volume.
BT says there is no problem!
The second one works fine and was recenty with another provider and now being switched back to BT.
I would like to port the main number to the second line, and the second line to VOIP.
can this be done?
so far my research suggests that porting kills the line.
