We are having problems receiving emails on our MACs. The emails can be found when we log in via BTOutlook365 on the internet but they get stuck there and are not being dowloaded to our Email package on MAC - we use Microsoft Entourage to send & receive emails. Could it be problems with our router? Any assistance much appreciated.

Are the emails actually getting literally 'stuck' when you try to download them - that is, beginning to download normally but stopping part-way through (such as might happen with a very large file attachment, or a corrupt or broken message) - or is simply nothing happening at all?
Also, does Entourage return any specific error message or code number?
