Spotted an invoice in Feb 2017 that didnt recognise and found it was for a mobile/dongle service that started in 2012 but which we have never used or had a need to use as all our business is done in our office. Must have been 'thrown in' as a freebie or something that matured into a billable service.? Have been 5 months chasing the "mis-selling team" via Connie Lupiba , Team Leader at Group Customer Billing, She is getting nowhere.!! ......Complaint ref 298451442 STATIC on this since Mar 2017......HELP...!!!!!
