hi
just upgraded to a fusion package which contains the secure online backup facility. Where is this and how do I access it?
thanks
If the majority of your data is music or video, these are files that really don't change all that much as a rule. An external USB drive locally would be a simple quick solution in that case. You can use the built in Windows Backup utility or any number of free backup programs found online to do this with relative ease and without intervention on your part. http://mevvo.com Mevvo.com has a backup plan that fits any home or business. If the data you're referring to is business related and has any confidential material or personnel data, there are serious security considerations you have to account for as well. Again, a local solution is ideal for this. If you store confidential data online, then you should seriously consider encrypting your information with something like Truecrypt. My important files are not very large. Backups are kept in several ways: my home and office buildings are about 100' apart. Important stuff is backed up on computers in both locations (usually, there would not be a fire at the same time in both locations). The important files are also kept in cloud storage with Dropbox. In addition, once a day, I manually synchronize them and load them on the 16G memory card in my BlackBerry phone, which is almost always on my person.
