static ip and opendns with fibre

I moved from business broadband to fibre but I have lost two features. 

(1) I have a static IP address which I used to access a cctv system simply by remotely typing the IP address. That no longer works.

(2) I had opendns working to filter content but it no longer works.

Can anyone provide simple instructions on how I can resolve these two issues please.

....  by the way, I need to make these changes in the Fibre Router since the computer(s) connected vary all the time.
