to short a ring before answer phone kicks in

Hi All

Have a new versatility system fitted in the last few days and have noticed that the answer machine kicks in at 4 rings. I would like to know how to change that to 10 rings before this happens.

Have looked online and read the destruction book as well .

Are you using voicemail or a standalone answering machine plugged into the system?
