Since the 365 email upgrade I have been unable to send e-mails from my Sony Erricson Xperion Ray, and I also have to choose refresh for the e-mails to be updated. It was working fine before. I have spoken to a BT advisor on the phone and followed the instructions on the BT website. The instructions I followed are as below:
Type of account: POP3
POP3 Server - POP.outlook.com
Incoming Port - 995
Security type - SSL
Delete email from server once deleted from inbox
SMTP Server - SMTP.outlook.com
Port 587
Security TLS
Please can someone advise me on what I need to do to be able to resolve these problems.
