Hello there. I recently moved my business into a new unit, where there had previously been an Openreach phone connection. The engineer came last Wednesday and did his part of the work but said it needed to be reconnected at the exchange and that was someone else's job.
I rang the call centre but could not get any information about when I might expect the phone to be conected. Can anyone help? I really need to know when I can expect phone and broadband, so that i can start trading.
