versatility questions

Hi All,

A couple of questions regarding the versatility system.

Im looking to have a main system intalled in the office but want an ip phone installed a few miles away.

Do you need a fixed IP at both locations?

will versatility work on adsl2? I've read before that the broadbandmodule wont?\

Hi mdj1,

The versatility system is now now longer being supplied, as we have now have newer systems, as far as I know you are correct in saying that the broadband module does not work with ADSL2.

With our new systems you can have mobile twinning so that your staffs mobile and landline will ring at the same time so calls will not be lost.

You can have remote workers, so that your staff can work from anyware that has a broadband connection by connecting in an IP phone, and it would think they are in the office.
