web splitting 2 domain names one hosting package

Hi guys, I hope you can help solve my little issue.

I have developed one site www.lawsoncraig.com - all cool

I have taken up my free offer of the other domain name lets call it potsandpans.com for arguments sake.

I have developed the site using the same package all good.

however all of the folders are in the public folder ftp with lawsoncraig

is it now possible to make the site accessible if someone only types in www.potsandpans.com instead of having to put in www.lawsoncraig/potsandpans

Does this make any sense to anyone?

Basically I just want to be able to publish and host the site using the one package and then be able to access it with the simple web address.

Cheers guys

You could frame forward potsandpans.com to www.lawsoncraig.com/potsandpans

This would have the resut of www.potsandpans.com appearing in the address bar whilst showing the content of www.lawsoncraig.com/potsandpans

However, this is not really web splitting and  www.lawsoncraig.com/potsandpans would still be the true address of the website.

This is the closest you will get without shelling out for a second hosting package.

Everything is reversible. If you stick to the framef forwarding only, you can't really do any damage.

Even if you manage to mess up the A records etc, they can be put back by BT.

Hi, Picking this up late. Does this still work? it appears as though it is for forwarding your existing domain to a different one.
