First of all, the page
http://trustfreight.co.uk/GENERAL%20ENQUIRY.html
remove the space between general and enquiry.. that's why you see %20. place _ instead of the space.
see if this resolves the issue, also make sure the e-mail address you have is valid.

what you need to do is set up the Formmail application. This is in the website os control panel, under site builders, plug-in scripts, formmail. All you need to do is fill in a valid e-mail address, copy and paste the code into the form tags, and you should receive the e-mails.

Try removing the space from the filename of the page, eg change it from GENERAL ENQUIRY.html to general_enquiry.html and see if this resolves the issue.

i have installed our email address as formmail requested, but i still don't know what to do now sorry,
it is telling me to open my local form html page using an editor and modify the form tags as follows:
<form method="POST" actioZONE Cn="/cgi-bin/formmail">
i have to cut and paste this between the form tags:
<input TYPE="hidden" NAME="recipient" VALUE="irishgroupage@trustfreight.co.uk">
<input TYPE="hidden" NAME="email" VALUE="postmaster@trustfreight.co.uk">

and upload form html
i'm sorry but this means nothing to me
