We started a new contract in December 2023. The new contract is for cloud voice phone.
Previously we had BT one phone, and cloud voice . as we didn't need the mobile bt phone we didn't renew it.
We have been billed continuously since December 2023.
We have contacted the sales team, who have mysteriously all left or gone on holiday, or say its nothing to do with them. There was a conversation with the local BT one team manager Jack Bond who stated that they would raise a IMP, We would then receive a credit, Our June DD has been taken again including a payment for the mobile services that we don't have.
Is there any one who can advise on how we can resolve this issue.
We have tried Email. Watts App, Telephone call, being on hold for 55 mins then line going dead.
