Good morning, I've been trying to arrange for phone and broadband to be moved from one area of our building to another since October. I've had 4 planned appointments where no-one has turned up and top it off they've added the cost of 2 of these visits to my latest bill.  I need to escalate this as it's costing us a lot of money but it's impossible to speak to anyone on the phone, Apparently customer services don't know anyone's phone numbers or email addresses as they only communicate via Teams. Has anyone successfully had a complaint resolved and would you share the contact details of the person who helped you? Losing the will to live here!!!
