Every so often when I log on to Bt Business website I am asked to confirm my details.
I try, to be told it is not working.
At the moment my main email works but cannot add a secondary email, which will become important soon as BT do send emails to an address that is disappearing shortly.
And my landline number is one that we moved from in 2021!
Am I missing something?

When you log into this account, can you see your bills?
I log in (and all info available) on https://secure.business.bt.com/Hub
This has the page on info that won't accept any changes.
