We signed 3 new contracts in February including (on our account manager's suggestion) moving from BT One Phone to Cloud Voice.
This month we have been charged for One Phone AND Cloud Voice!! Clearly we don't need 2 phone systems.
I spent hours last week and 3 hours yesterday on webchats and multiple phone calls to various BT employees to be told we are still in contract with One Phone and would have to pay to have this cancelled... but of course they can't give me this cost for 10 days...?!
Our account manager is now in hiding, not responding to phone calls or emails. How do I get this One Phone removed from our bills and cancelled? And more importantly why am I having to sort out something the BT account manager should be doing?
Absolute rubbish service again from BT.

Hi Hannah1234
I'm sorry to hear about this, can you please send over a private message with some account details so I can look into this for you?

Inactive Account Manager is a way for users to share parts of their account data or notify someone if they've been inactive for a certain period of time.
