Is there an address, both physical and email that I can contact in order to complain about a BT Business billing issue that six months on, BT has made no attempt to resolve and will not engage with me on as the named person on the account no longer works for the business and they wont speak to anybody else?

You can find our contact details for raising a complaint about billing here. If you create an online billing account using a bill for the relevant BT Business account within the last 9 months, this will then add you onto the account. Do you have access to this?
