I work for a small charity that is experiencing financial difficulties and we are unable to continue to pay £357.30 a month bill for BT Net Broadband. We were advised to email in a letter signed by a Trustee and myself (Finance & Operations Manager) requesting the termination of the 60 month contract one of my predecessors signed up to in March 2020. This was emailed in on 7 December 2023, but I have been unable to get a response from the BT Local Business contact we were advised to liaise with. I have sent several emails and tried calling but no one answers or replies. We have paid a further £1071.90 since I sent in the original request - this is an extortionate amount of money for Broadband for a small charity how can I get someone from BT Net/BT Local Business to respond to us?

BT Business broadband is only about £50 a month, more if you need multiple static IPs.
