Hello, I had to share this, I have never had such a complicated and slow experience, 1 month and a half to receive the box, after calling for more than three hours without counting the chat discussions to try to fix the problem, I went to the store, they recreated an account for me, so 1 month and a half later. Then two people had to come to install the fiber cable that was already there. Then, the deal I had made was more expensive in the meantime, and here I am again for 3 hours on the phone and chat to try to resolve the problem, they just gave me a refund but the deal is more expensive now. I finally tried to change to a non-business account with BT, but after another hour, impossible except with a fee of 400 pouns and I have to wait until the end of the 24 months of contract to change, mind you, based on the second contract they had to give me. When you start a business, you don't want to deal with that, it's really the worst experience you can have.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Did you sign a new contract when you went in store? That will be what the agent is referring to when looking at any early termination charges.
