For the past few months my monthly invoice itemised usage list shows an out-of-service number that I do not recognise and which I have not called (32 this month). I am not charged for these 'calls' as my contract includes free calls, however I am concerned about how this information is being generated.
I have spoken to BT on two occasions now but the problem still persists. I have a fibre connection which provides an internet connection and a phone line with two digital handsets. There are no other devices connected to the system, eg. security system or card machine, etc.
Just wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience?
