I feel Ive been mislead in signing up to BT Business when I simply wanted to have an EE broadband bill that I could claim as a business expense as I work from home.
When I discovered that my EE phone bill went up by a significant amount (40%), I switched back to EE, Im now being asked to pay £700 by BT to correct their bad advice.
Ring any bells?
Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I appreciate why you'd be concerned if you feel you were given advice that has led to unexpected costs.
As this relates to the sale of your service, billing and potential early termination charges, I'd recommend contacting the BT Business Complaints team so they can fully review the circumstances and discuss your concerns with you. You can raise this online here: BT Business Complaints
They'll be best placed to investigate what happened and explain any charges that have been applied.
exactly my experience - was ordered to get a BT complaint phone from BT, phone arrives, should be pluig and play. Plugged but doesnt play. Cant reach support or make a complaint as emails bounce back. We are a small business looking to connect with our world and our phone doesnt work. Not cool
