I ordered a Static IP a few days ago, but I believe that my router is still running off Dynamic. I have been using whatismyip.com and it has been showing me the same IP as before. When checking on my BT Business App I can see that my order has completed - do I need to do anything with the router? I am using the Hub 5.

You would basically just need to reboot your router and that should work fine for you No other set-up is required. If you PM me the order reference I can make sure everything has gone through for you.
