I have lived in my property for almost 7 years now with 2 fibre lines coming into the property, 1 in the house for home TV and home office and 2. In the garage for the business office. To do that I have two ONT units in the property. It seems that BT and EE cant actually work on the basis that there are two ONT serials and therefore two OGEAA numbers. Because the address of the property is singular they are getting the lines confused and going round in circles. Today I had an Open Reach engineer appear to carry out a change of ONT to a 1.8gb unit for my EE Broadband and TV which is in the house but has the ONT number for the Garage which they don't seem to be able to change to reflect the House serials. The hardest part is I know exactly what the issue is but basically the Computer says no. To say I'm frustrated after almost 5 weeks of trying to ensure this is carried out is putting it fairly mildly.
On Trustpilot BT responded saying come here to see what can be sone - I am living with no hope of success.....
Oh apart I am speaking to EE and they say they can see an order in for the Business swap on the 19th August - yet I have had two emails today from BT business cancelling orders . I couldn't write this is I wanted.
